They have missed my garbage 9 out of 10 times this last quarter, I complained to my boro office and they told me to cancel it, they literally pick up the trash from house across the street but completely miss my side, and its not like I live on a busy rd they could easily cross and get mine. Was glad to find out I can cancel bye bye pennwaste
Penn Waste in South Hanover Township in PA never picks up all the trash we put out. Moved into our new home in April and had to clean out many items for trash pickup and it seems almost every month we have to call and complain to their customer service because the drivers always leave items (mattresses, chairs, old furniture, etc) sitting after they empty the cans. We call and are told they will send a driver to get the left items but the driver never comes. The next week rolls around and it happens again. It seems to take them 3 or 4 wks to pickup the additional items (which are allowed per their contract with the borough) to finally get all the additional trash. Its been going on for almost 8 months. We constantly have to call them numerous times and they act like we're being dramatic. This service isn't cheap and we're the customers but the gaslighting is ridiculous! Do what we pay you to do and there wouldn't be an issue!
Have been a customer for over 25 years in Lower Windsor Township, pickup day was Friday unless a holiday, for the past several months you have no idea when they will show, and when they do your can is anywhere from out on the road or down the street, apparently it's to difficult to put it back on your property. I spend more time dragging my garbage to the curb than they do picking it up. I have called three times since January and today 4/11/22 I cancelled my service. Would not recommend - rating less than 0.
