Penn Waste

I called emailed the company in July 2022 and again in January 2023 about not getting bills in the mail. A female named Yvonne was rude and emailed a response which stated, "Yes you are receiving your bills." Now I have more important things to do than make up lies regarding not getting bills. I advised her that I contacted the office months ago regarding the same issue. Her response was 'ok bills are mailed out quarterly'. I responded to her by stating that I was trying to resolve an issue and she was being defensive, uncooperative and unsympathetic. It is a sad that I have to get together with my neighbors so we can go back to the Township to file another complaint and hire an attorney to represent us all. The company obviously doesnt appreciate all their customers
