Review: The [redacted] came to my place of residence on May **,2014 for work to be completed as follows

1.columns on the driveway to be completed with conduits for lights

2.a stone fence to replace the existing brick fence with stone to match the stairs.

3. Paving the drive

4. placing stone on the front of the driveway.

The work total was $18,000 nad he immediately took a deposit of $9000. The job was started on July * at which time the stone fence did not match the stairs and the columns were half completed without any electrical conduits. Along with broken sprinklers and damage to the front lawn. Work was left unfinished and he did not return phone calls or texts for two weeks. He disappeared. Basically he said he was sick and then came to our house on Jully[redacted] We had to find stone to match and did not hear from him until August [redacted] he came and agreed now that there was stone to match but he would charge as gain for redoing the wall he did incorrectly also he removed metal canisters in the driveway leaving boards covering them for over a month. My young son has fallen once on the board as they are a hazard and in front of the doorway. He refuses to complete the work or refund our money claiming he did the work. He does not asnswer phone calls or emails now we have hald done colums a wall that doesn't match and a safety hazard for my children that play in the drive. Plus we are out $9000 so we can't afford to have someone else finish the work.Desired Settlement: I would like this man to return our money in full since essentially nothing was completed.
