I had Radiant Windows come to my house for a construction project I needed a door between my back room and the garage Also needed steps in the garage so that I could get a stair lift installed I had been told by others who looked at my situation and was told that I could not put a door where I wanted it [redacted] , from Radiant Windows looked at it and said, "I can put a door in there for you!!!" The crew came out and did an excellent job of installing the door and building the steps I needed They coordinated plans with the company that was going to install the stair lift also Everyone was extremely professional and polite! The price was reasonable also [redacted] even had the crew go and get a smiley face ball to hang from the ceiling so I would know how far to pull my vehicle in! I would highly recommend Radiant Windows

We recently needed to replace three windows because they were leaking We called *** and asked for him to come and talk with us about our options
We thought we would just put in the same type of window but after *** listened to us talk, he made a suggestion that we hadn't considered and went with it
The turn around time was half of what he told us so that was surprise number Surprise number was how his team made the installation easy on us They were professional and better yet, they cleaned up to the point that we didn't even know they had been there
*** told us the product and workmanship were guaranteed and he was right We had a small hiccup with the closure but he came out to fix it the next day and all is well
It's crazy to say we are excited about our windows, but every morning as I walk by and look outside, I smileIt was a great investment to our home

I contracted this business Dec to have garage windows and storm doors to my breezeway installedI'm happy with the quality of the windows and the doors themselves, even though I thought they were kind of expensiveThe storm doors are Fox Weldoor from Hazel Park MiThey self-store the storm windowsThey were $eachThe garage windows are simple double pane/vinyl, just a plain window, unable to open them, (that's all I needed or wanted) unknown brand, and the install actually only included covering the outside with vinyl siding, to my surpriseI didn't expect the inside finished since my garage isn't finished insideThe window part is 17" x 23"They were $eachThat's a lot and should have included the wood framesI'm not completely happy with the installationsI had asked that new window frames be installed due to the original ones were rotting badly, especially at the sillsI pointed this out at the estimateAll they did was install siding to cover it all up and told me no caulking at the bottom on the outside was and expected- for breathing and no buiof moistureOk it's a garage window, so not a biggie I guessThe caulking job is good otherwiseI AM worried about ants, spiders, bees and wasps' access though the exposed edge under the rotting existing sill where they didn't use siding or caulkI had also understood that the doors would come with their own frame, and they did, a metal frame, and they installed that over the outside of the existing wood frame, not the whole door frame itself, as I had expected for that priceThe owner saw that the wood at the side was rotted where the existing opener was installed when he came out for the estimate and I asked him then if the new doors came with their own frame or would I need a new door frameAfter the doors were initially installed the front lock wouldn't lock, the door would still pop open when lockedThe guys came right back came back and re-did that promptlyThese locks are just the usual cheap ones you get with a breezeway doormonths later, my issue is that the closer screws were pulling out of the side frame on the front doorI'm handy enough and re-tightened them, but they just come right back outThe only thing holding this door opener in was the rotting wood and the vinyl siding they used to make the door install look pretty I wish I had insisted they put in the estimate that I wanted new frames for the windows and doorsNow I'm out of luck and it's months laterI don't see any guarantee for the labor in the contract, and I'm thinking the $door should include a functioning door opener, which infers that the structure it's attached to should be quality: I did reveal the quality of the existing door frame to the owner when he evaluated what the install fee would need to be All employees and owner were very pleasant to deal withThe owner is clearly very knowledgeable of his craftHe was able to repair a previous existing den window for me that his company didn't even install, but he knew the brand and had access to the repair, and did it for freeThat impressed me, as far as his business ethic when I met him initiallyI would recommend them, however make sure you have what you want in the estimate and contract, because even though I told them what I wanted and I was assured the install would be appropriate I don't feel I got the quality for the cost regarding the installTheir product is high-priced, and they don't include any structure repair or replacement in their estimateEven though I feel like I expressed I wanted new frames, he didn't include this in the quote and even though I expressed this concern to the phone operator at the business when I questioned the contract to her over the phone, she reassured me things would be quality installedI didn't get what I expectedThis is partly my fault due to I went ahead with the install despite my reservationsI feel they install at a higher priceThey are good at it, but it costs a lot more to do things from scratch, so they only do the pretty workI was the wife of a carpenter, and despite his personality, HIS work was qualityI saw what quality wasThis install wasn'tIn all fairness I haven't contacted this business to ask for the opener to be fixed, and don't know any real carpenters who know their craft to give me their take on the exposed base of the garage windowsI don't trust that this is a fix that they will take onEven if they did, I don't think they would do a good job and my time and trust is already wasted on someone who didn't do it right in the first placeThey won't get another chance to do a crappy job tearing it apart or just putting a band aid on itI personally won't ever use them againMy advice is just make sure you have exactly what you expect in your contract

The owner, [redacted] came out to do the measurements once we decided to go with Radiant and explained the whole process. The installation crew was prompt and did a great job while treating our home with respect. We love our windows and were very pleased with Radiant Windows!

Installed two patio sliding glass doors on an upper deck of house. Very professional, were prompt on arrival given.. Provided protection to work area and through cleanup after work was completed.. Very satisfied.

High quality materials combined with expert workmanship makes for a great job and highly satisfied customer.

this locally owned business is just amazing! we received a windows quote two years ago but did not do the installation until a few weeks ago. The business gave us the pricing from two years ago even though factory prices increased! The workers were timely and clean. the house was restored back to what it was originally as far as cleanliness. One of our picture frames fell when the installation was happening. when we returned home the picture frame was on the counter with a note of what happened and their apologies. So nice and honest. Would recommend them to anyone! Nice owners, super into bettering the community and honesty/integrity is of highest quality!
