We worked with Brian [redacted] on our Home refinance. He was very helpful and easy to work with. They did require lot's of documentation but it was worth it in the end because we were able to succeed with the refinance.

Originally I was with another lender, I went to look at a property and Jon from Smart mortgage had his number attached to get pre-qualified for a loan on the property. Since I was with this other lender at the time I was already pre-qualified, but I called hime anyway. I felt he was a lot more staright forward then the current lender I had. So at some point during my house hunting I felt my current lender was not keeping up his end of the bargain and I switched to Smart Mortgage, one of the best decisions I ever made. From that point everything was easy and went smoothly, Closed on the house basically with no money down other than earnest money which I got back at closing and then some. So its like the owner of the house paid me to buy it. I also have refinanced through smart mortgage and it went well also.

Brian [redacted] and his team were great. Good honest communication with great results. My refinance was seamless and caused no interrupition in with work nor personal activities.
