Mr Pennicks has been to the house and started repairsAs of today, repairs are not completeThe wood is still exposedIt is Friday around 2pm and it is raining, this wood will be saturated tomorrowWhich may lead to the wood warping,rotting,mold, or other problemsThe job needs to be completedThe wood needs to be covered amd around the house needs to be sealed off, so no moisture will get inAlso, I had my other contractor contact Mr Pennicks and he requested another$to complete this jobWe told him, I was not paying him another dimeHe has taken enough from me alreadyWith the internal demages due to his poor workI need a inspector to come out and verify the work is good before closing my case, if he ever completes the workAlso Mr pennick is very unprofessional, all of the old wood, scrapes he removed from the roof, he left it scattered all over my back yard, this makes it impossible for my lawn guynto cut the grass,I need him to also clean up his messAnd remove all the trash and scrapes he created doing this jobIf not again he will be costing me more money to have to pay someone to clean up his messThis guy makes all honest contractors look badHe defiently trys to take advantage of womenAnd milk them for every penny possibleThis guy has ended up costing me more money than I would have paid to being withI hope this business is published on a website for everyone to seeI would hate for anyone to go through, what I have been through with this guyI am a widow, he clearly knew he was taking advantage of the situation It.just goes to show you, even deacons in the church will get over if they.canI have already took this to the next level, filling with the Dept of Contractors & licensingHopefully We wont have to go legally, but at this point.I am readyIve reached out several times ,before it got to this pointI dont feel bad, I just.want my house fixed correctly Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes the roof is built up the inches, however Mr Pennicks did not cover the woodThe wood is exposed all around the house where the work was doneI will go back over today and take pictures and submit them to you as well as the Virginia Dept of LicensingIt was brought to my attention that MrPennicks is not a licensed contractorSo that explains the poor quality of work and unprofessionalism I have recievedI was also told by the dept of contractors it is illegal to practice without a license and this can become a criminal investigationI have given him all opportunities to fix my roof correctlyEach time he goes over he does a littleJust enough to get byI want him to cover all the exposed wood that he put on the roofIt needs to be capped off all around the house in rhe back, just like it is around on the other part of the houseHe knows what to do but chooses to be difficultThe inspectors are suppose to come out and assess his work on this FridaySo hopefully he will have it completed by then or itll be on him to deal with the state All this unnecessaryI just want what I paid forI want my house fixed correctly or I will assist the state with my testimony once legal action startsI will send pictures for verification of the way he left the house, this afternoonIts sad it has to go this far.Thanks and have a great day*** ***

I will be back to complete the soffit work on Tuesday, August

I have completed all the work and will not be coming back I raised the roof, added new rafters, black paper felt, shingles Soffit work under the gables isn't part of the roof

I will be at your home on Monday, July to repair the leaky section of the roof
