I have completed all the work and will not be coming back. I raised the roof, added new rafters, black paper felt, shingles. Soffit work under the gables isn't part of the roof.

to the wood warping,rotting,mold, or other problems. The job needs to be completed. The wood needs to be covered amd around the house needs to be sealed off, so no moisture will get in. Also, I had my other contractor contact Mr Pennicks and he requested another. $400.00 to complete this job. We told him, I was not paying him another dime. He has taken enough from me already. With the internal demages due to his poor work. I need a inspector to come out and verify the work is good before closing my case, if he ever completes the work. Also Mr pennick is very unprofessional, all of the old wood, scrapes he removed from the roof, he left it scattered all over my back yard, this makes it impossible for my lawn guynto cut the grass,I need him to also clean up his mess. And remove all the trash and scrapes he created doing this job. If not again he will be costing me more money to have to pay someone to clean up his mess. This guy makes all honest contractors look bad. He defiently trys to take advantage of women. And milk them for every penny possible. This guy has ended up costing me more money than I would have paid to being with. I hope this business is published on a website for everyone to see. I would hate for anyone to go through, what I have been through with this guy. I am a widow, he clearly knew he was taking advantage of the situation. It.just goes to show you, even deacons in the church will get over if they.can. I have already took this to the next level, filling with the Dept of Contractors & licensing. Hopefully We wont have to go legally, but at this point.I am ready. Ive reached out several times
,before it got to this point. I dont feel bad, I just.want my house fixed correctly.
