Review: first they brake my show door.
they reorder the wrong size door.
they don't put me on their top of to do list when door comes in.
show up 5 hrs. late. no courtesy call.
its been 3 weeks now. I told them when my window comes in that I should the first on their list I'm right around corner 5 mins. away. and I'm not on their priority list. They didn't show up this morning.Desired Settlement: I just want my shower door done. and let the people know not to use this company.

This customer was a pain in the first place, first of all he wanted me to discount him everytime we spoke, and I stsated to him my prices were low as they are and that upset him everytime, and we never ordered the door wrong our supplier shiped it wrong and we called [redacted] everytime to explain this and he was always angry and yes we did chip the first door but mistakes happen but it seems like to him mistakes should never happen, we were in contact with him everytime so his coments are wrong. also note he shorted us $ 100.00 on payment. and he was also told that this shower has no guarantees that it will not leak, we explained to him that this type of shower is not made for his small bathroom.
Consumer's Final Response
They came yesterday on the 07/17/13. After I file this Complaint and finish installing my show door.
They took $100.00 off the price. But they still have lousy customer service. And I would not recommend these guys.
