Well me and my family have been living at this property for almost four years now and we are constantly having problems with the property in which they were pretty good with getting things serviced but there are somethings that I have been waiting to get serviced for years for example there was a leak in the master bathroom shower which was fixed but the person who fixed it left a huge hole in the wall and the same thing happened with my guest bathroom there is another huge hole from that in the third bedroom. There is also loose banisters on the front porch that the property manager was supposed to send someone out and never did, I have mold in my closet because there was so much problems with the septic pump flooding and going up under the house they finally fixed the pump put a new line and even put a new cement lid over the pump but never got the mold out of my closet but recently my pump messed up again and started flooding and when I noticed it was flooding again the new cement lid was cracked so I told the property manager and she sent someone out to check it out and the man said that tampons were flushed down the commode which I take complete blame because I just didn't know any better but the man also said the lid was caved in as if something heavy ran over it which I don't have anything heavy to run over it I told this to the property manager and she seemed doubtful in what I was telling her and xxxxx and xxxxx is trying to charge me $200.00 for a lid that I didn't break and I have no idea how it did break I have no reason to lie(how do we know if the flooding didn't cause the cement lid to crack) I have been a good tenant and never been late on a rent payment and have no complaints against me. I feel it was wrong for them to try to charge for this and I would like for them to drop the invoice payment due.
