*** *** signed his lease on 11/1/2012, his lease was for year and it was to expire on 10/31/2013. In July of we moved him out of his apartment on the 9th due to going to his apartment to check since he
had not paid his rent. It was vacant so we moved him out of our system. He had an $*** *** so we turned him over to *** *** and collected the $500. *** *** is only to collect the $not the remainder of the rent because we would try to collect or send to our own collection company. The collection company said the they did get the paperwork saying they were not to collect it but they said they had been working months to try to get ahold of Mr***. I personally found that hard to believe because Mr*** still works at the same place he did when he lived at Wind Drift. We did reach out to Mr*** and once he got our email he did come in and make a payment arrangement of $per month until he paid it off. He gave us a check in Dec and again in Jan and then we did not hear from him again until the collection company got to him and I am not sure of that date. I got ahold of *** *** to find out why they had turned it over to collection company and they told me that they did not turn it over to them only the $and they were not to collect the remainder. I got InTouch with National Credit System and bottom line they returned Mr***s $and sent us the remainder of the money they collected minus $for their time. THIS IS THE WORST ELECTRIC COMPANY I HAVE EVERY SEENtHE CUT MY YROLD MOTHER INLAW OFF FOR $tHEY DO NOT SEND PAPER BILLSTHEY SAID THEY SENT IT TO HERE EMAIL WE LOOKED IT WAS NOT THERETHEN AFTER TALKING TO TWO OF THW WORESE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED THEY SAID IT WAS HER FAULT, AND THAT THE BILL WAS SENTAFTER PAYING THE BALANCE THEY SENT THE EMAIL FOR THE NEW PAYMENT AND THE DISCONNECT EMAIL AT THE SAME TIMEHOW RIDICULOUS IS THISTHEY WANTED HER TO OUT A LOAN FOR $TO RESTORE SERVICESHE DID NOT NEED A LOAN SHE NEEDED TO KNOW WHAT HER BILL WAS AND WHEN IT WAS DOTHEY ARE A PAYDAY LOAN, LOAN SHARK ORGANIZATIONTHAT SEEMS ILLEGAL TO METHIS IS AMERICA, MORE IMPORTANT THIS IS TEXAS WE DON'T PLAY THATAND TEH SUPERVISOR TAWANNA WAS THE WORST OF ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTSHOW SAD WHEN THE SUPERVISOR OS RUDE
