In the above complaint the vehicle involved is an emergency ambulanceAs such, in both this repair and previous repairs it has been expressed to us the urgency to get the ambulance back in service as quickly as possibleWith this in mind, we allow 8-hours time to do a complete front end rebuildUnder circumstances a heavy duty vehicle would be out of service for up to daysThis would be unacceptable for their needsI made the decision to put mechanics on this ambulance so as to get this vehicle done as quickly as possibleFor at least hour, mechanics were working on it I billed the job at hours ( times mechanic ) an related this information to the driver that pickthe vehicle .(Plus hour for wheel alignment ) We called the company the very second that the vehicle was done and it was back in service in a timely manner I put in a phone call to [redacted] and am waiting for him to call back Thank you, [redacted] [redacted] Auto Service [redacted]

rebuild. Under normal circumstances a heavy duty vehicle would be out of service for up to 2 days. This would be unacceptable for their needs. I made the decision to put 2 mechanics on this ambulance so as to get this vehicle done as quickly as possible. For at least 1 hour, 3 mechanics were working on it . I billed the job at 10 hours ( 5 times 2 mechanic ) an related this information to the driver that picked-up the vehicle .(Plus 1 hour for wheel alignment ) We called the company the very second that the vehicle was done and it was back in service in a timely manner.
