May 17, 2018Dear *** ***, We apologize that the customer had such a poor experience with our program. Since the customer worked directly with our streaming provider, our customer service team was not aware of the problem -- had we known, we might have been able to resolve this issue
much more quickly, Since this customer purchased the ProPass Online for $199, we have already refunded that amount to the customer's account. We will keep the account open, allowing the customer full access to all of our on-demand content. The video stream may have frozen for a number of reasons. We have made the streaming provider aware of the problem, and the customer was able to watch the rest of the program in question and did receive additional hours of substantive credit. If this resolution is acceptable, we will contact the customer directly. Thank you, Pamela S.
