PEM was referred to me by a friend, from the two week delay in my initial returned call back I should have walked away. Once we finally spoke he said all the right things I wanted to hear, however to get him to answer my calls or reply to a text was impossibly. From the first call back on Aug 24th he was a no show for 19 conf calls. when he would finally text back some of the excuses was: mother in law sick, dgh sick, at a Masonic meeting, away for the weekend, no cell svc, pipes broke, phone wet not working,On other calls etc... I totally understand conflicts come up, but all he had to do was call ot test, I need to move our call. THIS NEVER HAPPENDED. time and time again he just kept me hanging. On Sept 22 I told him I was done with the lack of respect by not replying I was 30 days out from my closing. Once again he promised the world and I finally on Sept 24th for the first time I received my documents, but not for the entire project. One mth later... With never anything on the main part of the loan two weeks before my closing with still no appraiser, no call backs etc. I sent him my last text on Oct 9th. stating please shred all of my paperwork I can not deal with this type od stress in dealing with someone so non responsive and who has now placed my deal in risk. On Oct 12th. he asked for another chance and I ignored his text. Had to wrote an apology letter to the seller asking them to please extend my closing while I had to start OVER again with a new bank. My comments to Paul was customer service is key, if you set up a call or meeting make that call or take that meeting. Do not keep people hanging and stringing them alone... It is not fair. If your too busy for new business you should have expressed that from the beginning. And shame on me for letting this drag out, lesson learned...I have maintained every text/email transition documenting this review.
