Review: We had [redacted] (sub contractor) installed our whole house with carpet/vinyl flooring/ a brand new bathroom. Since he's been in our house, our carpet has come up, are vinyl has ripped (which [redacted] is fixing the flooring. Our bathroom medicine cabinet has fallen out, the grout from our walls in the shower has come off...its a mess! We have been contacting [redacted] company Pennsylvania Floors (since [redacted] did our bathroom) for 2 months and was promised he would come and fix it. We have yet received a phone call back so I went to the store at [redacted] today around 1:30pm. [redacted] father screamed at me for coming in, and said they will never come to our house to fix our problem...using foul language. All we ask is for him to come to our home and fix our bathroom which was promised. We paid in full and expect to have our bathroom fixed.Desired Settlement: If [redacted] will NOT come to fix our medicine cabinet that does not stay in. and the mirror keeps falling off and putting holes in our walls (which we have fixed ourselves) and also come and fix all the grout that has fallen out. We would like the color of grout we used, and a new medicine cabinet and mirror to our liking or a refund for those two items. We can not deal with the screaming at us and the foul language. Our next step is contacting a lawyer if this is not fixed.
