Review: I inquired to Pennsylvania Istiute of technology , for medical assistant recertification. I later attended classes there two months later I found out they enrolled me in the medical assistant program, which I did not need I already obtained my medical assistant diploma and I graduate in May of 2000. Pit left me with a bill that I shouldn't have because I did not need to retake the course, I just needed a refresher course.Secondly PIT put a bill into collection's that I wasn't aware of saying it's a balance on my account, this is a result of admissions counselors so quick to sign students up with listening to there needs. Once I did realize they put me in a full course and PIT Does not offer the refresher course for medical assistants, I was mislead by PIT and its representatives they told that did offer it but don't .Desired Settlement: I would like my account closed, out with no balance due, and all money for the course returned, and the release of my transcripts.
