The Bank has reviewed the customer's responseThe response presents a different set of circumstances than originally provided which would normally require a resubmission of the claimHowever, the bank has made a decision to fully reimburse the customer today rather than continuing through the process

Consumer states that he has yet to receive the reimbursement mentioned in their response.

Based on our research the matter, Bank of Stockton found no errors in processing your dispute. This debit card dispute, received March 27, 2017, was processed initially through normal bank processes. On March 31, 2017 the dispute was submitted to the bank’s debit card processor requesting a...

chargeback. On April 18, 2017, the bank received a notice that the initial dispute was denied for multiple reasons, including email address agreed to records on file and IP address was validated. However, it was advised that a second chargeback right may exist. The bank attempted to contact the consumer on April 20, 2017 and April 21, 2017, leaving a message requesting the consumer to contact the bank regarding the submission of a second chargeback process. However, since no response was received from the consumer, the case was considered closed.

I am rejecting this response because: The Charge should have been automatically denied because it did not have the correct billing address. It had my address as Main St, not San Jaquin St. The bank is giving mea hard time and I did not authorize this charge. The website is a scammer that promises not to charge your card and then does exactly the opposite of what they promised.

Review: My aunt [redacted]. [redacted]. [redacted] has a policy with this company. 1. Medicare Supplement plan policy 2. Long Term Care Policy. The nursing home ([redacted] Nursing And Rehabilitation Center, [redacted], MS) that [redacted]. [redacted] is located in since August 2013 has faxed over two claims forms to the company and each time that they were contacted about when payment would start, they have told me that they didn't receive a claim form. The Business office Manager ([redacted]) contact# (###-###-####) has been working with the family to get this claim paid and to no avail has been unsuccessful. I have numerous calls to ###-###-#### and each time that I have called and left a message no one returns my call. My aunt [redacted]. [redacted] has made sure she has paid this companies premium's on time and I think they should extend her the same courtesy by honoring their policy agreement.Desired Settlement: I need for this company to honor their agreement and provide payment as required by the policy for [redacted]. [redacted] states.
