We are very surprised to receive the complaint for [redacted] ***We would like to mention that everything has been right on schedule for her and we have provided everything promised thus far, according to the program [redacted] opted to become a part of.Please note that [redacted] decided to join as a Passive Single with Pennsylvania MatchmakersThis entails that she will be listed in our database for a period of months and will receive referrals when she is a compatible match for one of our Regular search clients [redacted] did not elect to become a client in our program [redacted] joined our services on 3/and has received three matches so far [redacted] did not connect with one of the gentlemen, but she did meet the other twoAccording to [redacted] ***’s feedback, she enjoyed meeting her two matches, although things did not end up working out overall [redacted] stated that her first match was attractive, motivated and basically everything she asked for, but she said he almost made her do all the talking and he seemed “quick to judge”He told her that they were on “different paths” [redacted] rated this man a “4” on a scale of 1-with “5” being the highest possible rating[redacted] ***’s second match apparently became unavailable to date, so we had to cancel the match for the time beingWe do hope to put the match together again in the near futureWe called [redacted] about a third gentlemen and she approved the match prior to us putting it together [redacted] notified one of our staff members after their date that she felt her first match was more “attractive”, but this man had a better “personality”However, [redacted] appeared to be primarily concerned about the fact that her second match liked different music than she didWe spoke with her about this and took detailed notes for future referenceWe explained that we match based primarily on compatibility and since music preference is something that can change during a relationship (and time), we do not put a lot of focus on this aspect [redacted] said she understood, but just wanted us to know how important country music is to herIn [redacted] ***’s agreement, she has agreed that Pennsylvania Matchmakers may provide her with an introduction which is based solely on the understanding that she fits one of our Regular search clients’ criteriaHowever, we have taken all of the preferences and feedback [redacted] has provided into considerationAlso, it appears that everything has been moving in the right direction, according to *** [redacted] s feedbackIf everything works out with a match between our clients and there is a love connection, wonderful! [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The original complaint regarding their unethical business practices standsPennsylvania Matchmakers makes promises that they know they cannot keep to get large sums of money from clients and then fails to deliver what you pay forThe company did indeed lie regarding the data base of "good men" just waiting to match me with that they claimed they had available Not only do they not have a database full of men to match me with, the men that they were able to scrounge up after I complain about why it was taking so long for me to matched were laughableEight (8) weeks after joining and after several phone calls to them complaining about what was taking so long, the first man they matched me with was years old, lived with his year old mother and called me "colored" (I'm black) during our meetingAlmost two months after that disaster and again calling and complaining about what was taking so long, they matched me with a year old recent widower who never had kids but has cats insteadOur meeting consisted of him talking incessantly about his deceased wife, the overwhelming debt he is in from his wife's medical bills (no medical insurance) and his two catsThey matched me with this person even though two weeks prior, they mentioned him to me, we discussed, but it was mutually agreed upon that he would not be a good match for meWhen I questioned why I was being matched with him weeks later, they said "he probably changed something on his profile"The truth is that they had no one else and were running out of excuses for why it was taking so long to be matchedBottom line is that they do not have a database full of good eligible men After constant calling and complaining you get whatever warm body they have available at the time and if no one has come in to join the program since your last match you get nothing This company will do or say anything to get my complaint off of their Revdex.com fileAfter I filed the complaint with Revdex.com, the Director of Client Services called me and told me she had a match for me but I needed to drop the Revdex.com complaint firstThey have no shame, there are no limits to their trickery and deceitOf course I refused and told her that she could not refuse services to me that I have already paid for especially since they have told me on several occasions that they will not give me my money backIn the end, they did match me with someone however, the Director herself had to personally reach out to this person several times to convince him to meet meThat's because he had become so frustrated with this company that he had told them that he didn't want to meet anyone elseShe did this hoping that I would drop the Revdex.com complaintIronically, that was the only match that I had from them that remotely made any sense, however, there was no chemistry so it didn't work outThey don't have anyone else for me to meet and can't even give me an idea on when they will have someone else for me to meetIf they had that database of men that they lied to me about to get my money this wouldn't be an issueI paid this company $for five (5) matches based on liesIf I had known that there was no database of men waiting to be matched with me and that I would have to constantly call and complain and then get matched with whatever warm body they can dredge up I would never have given them my money Their response states that the issue is resolved and that I am an active client in their programThe issue is not resolved and the only reason that I am an active client is because I have paid for services promised that they have failed to render and have told me in no uncertain terms that they will not refund my money Regards, [redacted] ***

just as disappointed that the first two gentleman we matched her with behaved
in the manner they didOur Director reassured *** *** that there is no way
we would have sent these men to her if we have known they were dating someone

that they are sincere and serious about finding someone special to share their
life withWe are still baffled that these men were apparently dating through
our program while they are in relationshipsWe, of course, do not tolerate

I have specifically asked them multiple times how any type of progression or action would affect this case and they have told me that it would have none. Please do not except this excuse as any type of legitimate argument. Ultimately, I want nothing to do with the service. It's a total sham

I am rejecting this response because:PA Matchmakers has done nothing but badger me about closing my Revdex.com complaintThey lied to me to get my money and they never stoppedFor example their last response to you stated that they never told me that they don't have anyone to match me I was told that by Marsha, the Director of Client Services and also by Jennifer T***, the Assistant Director of Client ServicesIf they indeed have men to match me with why in the same response they go on to say that they are constantly recruiting for men on my behalfIf they have men to match me with, why haven't they done it and why are they still recruiting on my behalf? Which one is it, they sound ridiculous!!! Either they have someone to match me with or they don'tIf they did I wouldn't be complaining to the Revdex.com.
While they were swindling me out of $back in June they told me they already had a database full of appropriate men for me to date and that is why I gave them my money for matchesI was led to believe that they had more men in their database than I could handle but they lied which I have stated from the very beginningIf I knew they had to recruit men to match me with I would have never given them a dime because I don't give people that kind of money with that kind of uncertaintyThese people are fraudsThey lie to get your money, then they don't deliver, tell you you can't sue them but you can go thru arbitrationWhat they neglected to tell Revdex.com about their arbitration process is that it is in FLORIDA (I live in PA), it is pursuant to Florida law and that I am responsible for ALL COSTS They already swindled me out of $2500.00, prohibited me from suing them and the only recourse I have is spending more money to fight them in Florida where I'm sure the rules are in their favor because they are very diligent about keeping the money they swindle Tell me what reputable company does this to their customers?
I paid for matches and they owe me two moreI had to call them and complain on numerous occasions regarding why I had not heard from them before I finally was matched the first time and then had to do the same thing all over again before they arranged my second matchI told Revdex.com the horrific stories of the first two matches in earlier correspondenceIt was very apparent that after I constantly complained about when I was going to be matched after months went by with nothing that they just threw me whatever warm body they hadThe third match was the only match that made sense but there was no chemistry but at least the match made senseOh, and the Director of Customer Services arranged this match personally when they found out I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.comShe had to beg the man that they matched me with to meet me because he was so frustrated with them that he told them he didn't want to be matched anymoreI wouldn't be surprised if PA matchmakers next step to cover themselves will be to try to portray me as some lonely unreasonable woman because they have no moral compass.; nothing they do would surprise meI am a woman who paid them $under pretenses who wants what she paid for, nothing more, nothing lessThey owe me two more matches and I already Know the quality of the match will not be anywhere near what they promised me before they got my money I expect another warm bodies that I have nothing in common with but at least they would have fulfilled a small piece of the contract by providing me with matches I don't have any great expectations after seeing what this company is about the last 1/monthsIt has definitely been an eye openerIt is clear that they are they are liars and grifters and can't deliver anything even close to what they promiseThey talk a very good game but at the end of the day all they want is your money and your signature on the dotted line and then you are screwed I did however learn a valuable yet expensive lesson which is to do more research on a company before I give someone that kind of moneyPlease feel free to use any or all of my experience with this company on the Revdex.com websiteI stand behind each and every wordPerhaps I can save just at least one person from being swindled and taken advantage of by PA MatchmakersRegards,

I am rejecting this response because:   The original complaint regarding their unethical business practices stands. Almost two months after that disaster and again calling and complaining about what was taking so long, they matched me with a 67 year old recent widower who never had kids but has cats instead. Our meeting consisted of him talking incessantly about his deceased wife, the overwhelming debt he is in from his wife's medical bills (no medical insurance) and his two cats. We matched [redacted] with two ladies in February and he has yet to complete his date feedback, so that we have this information for our records. Everyone must complete their feedback after meeting one another.We explain to everyone during the interview process that we do not provide photos and the reasons behind why. Therefore, [redacted] was well aware prior to joining our services that we would not be showing pictures of his matches. They are to contact one another to speak briefly about meeting for a date. Then, they can meet one another and see if there is any chemistry between them. Photos do not always do people justice and chemistry can only be determined through interaction. We are very surprised to receive the complaint for [redacted]. We would like to mention that everything has been right on schedule for her and we have provided everything promised thus far, according to the program [redacted] opted to become a part of.Please note that [redacted] decided to join...

as a Passive Single with Pennsylvania Matchmakers. This entails that she will be listed in our database for a period of 12 months and will receive referrals when she is a compatible match for one of our Regular search clients. [redacted] did not elect to become a client in our program. [redacted] joined our services on 3/23 and has received three matches so far. [redacted] did not connect with one of the gentlemen, but she did meet the other two. According to [redacted]’s feedback, she enjoyed meeting her two matches, although things did not end up working out overall. [redacted] stated that her first match was attractive, motivated and basically everything she asked for, but she said he almost made her do all the talking and he seemed “quick to judge”. He told her that they were on “different paths”. [redacted] rated this man a “4” on a scale of 1-5 with “5” being the highest possible rating.[redacted]’s second match apparently became unavailable to date, so we had to cancel the match for the time being. We do hope to put the match together again in the near future. We called [redacted] about a third gentlemen and she approved the match prior to us putting it together. [redacted] notified one of our staff members after their date that she felt her first match was more “attractive”, but this man had a better “personality”. However, [redacted] appeared to be primarily concerned about the fact that her second match liked different music than she did. We spoke with her about this and took detailed notes for future reference. We explained that we match based primarily on compatibility and since music preference is something that can change during a relationship (and time), we do not put a lot of focus on this aspect. [redacted] said she understood, but just wanted us to know how important country music is to her. In [redacted]’s agreement, she has agreed that Pennsylvania Matchmakers may provide her with an introduction which is based solely on the understanding that she fits one of our Regular search clients’ criteria. However, we have taken all of the preferences and feedback [redacted] has provided into consideration. Also, it appears that everything has been moving in the right direction, according to [redacted]s feedback. If everything works out with a match between our clients and there is a love connection, wonderful! If not, we continue the process. It is important for those enrolled in our program to remember that this is a process and it can sometimes take time to find that special someone. Our only goal is for everyone to be successful in the program and we have helped various people find love.Also, please note that [redacted]’s agreement states that her fee is non-refundable, so a refund would not be possible, unfortunately. Therefore, we have been advised to kindly request that this case be closed as “Beyond Purview”, since the customer has signed her agreement which states that she is not eligible for a refund. We would sincerely like to continue working with [redacted]. We ask that she understands the program she elected to become a part of and has patience with the process. We believe everything has been right on schedule for her and we would like for [redacted] to give the program a fair chance.
