Review: I was not verbally informed of the possibility of soreness lasting more than 3 hours. I did not place an order of any kind for medication, nor was I informed that medication was being ordered on my behalf for which I would be responsible for payment, by way of a loan. I was never told that I was making a loan to pay for services. I signed a blank form. The charges were added after the fact.Desired Settlement: I should have no financial responsibility to the doctor or to the bank, because I cancelled the treatment program with doctor in writing and by telephone in a timely manner, as permitted by law.

Review: when I purchased the medication the company sells I was assured I could file a claim with my health insurance and receive a refund of twenty five hundred dollars. when I filed the claim the health insurance company would not pay the claim. I was then told their corp. people would help me with the claim. The corp. people could not resolve the claim. I was then told the associate who told me I could file a claim was incorrect with this information and he no longer worked for the company. I purchased the medication because I believed I would get the refund from the health insurance company otherwise I would not have made the purchase. I continued to call their corp. people and then was told I would receive a credit on the monthly bill I was paying in the amount of twenty five hundred dollars. in may 2014 no credit was made. I called again and was told I would receive the credit in the June 2014 bill. I again did not receive the credit. When I now call the corp. office no one will return my call.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the twenty five hundred dollar credit/refund I was told I would get.
