[redacted] and [redacted] applied for vehicle title and registration on 6-28-17.  On that date the transaction was completed online with PENNDOT through CVR which is a registered online provider for PENNDOT.  In the customer complaint she was accusing us of not applying...

for a title.  The title is part of the vehicle transfer transaction and a state fee for the title of $51.00 and a registration fee of $36.00 plus the sales tax of $60.00 were all charged and collected from [redacted] and [redacted]  The bill of sale she received from [redacted] was for the purchase price of the vehicle only they do not charge fees for title or registration thus it would not show on the bill of sale.  We tell our customers to expect to receive the title usually in 7 to 10 days, however the mailing of the title is a PENNDOT function and delivery of the title is a US Postal Service function we have no control of the delivery of the title to the customers address of record.  The only option in this case is to apply for a duplicate title due to the customer never receiving the original title in the mail.  We contacted [redacted] today 7-24-17 to see if they had received the title and she told us that they had already applied for a duplicate title with another notary title agent.

Review: On May 26,2016, I walked in to the Pennsylvania Notary & Tax service, to file for a duplicate title to my 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, as I lost the original title. Before I even went to the Pennsylvania Notary & Tax service, at [redacted] I called there and spoke with a guy there whom I later found out was an Indian, gentleman. He quoted me the price for the duplicate title which was $61.00,and he also informed me that my duplicate title would in fact be at my house in the mail in 7 to 10 days, at the very longest. I said ok, and I will be there to purchase/apply for a duplicate title. I went in and paid such, while there in person the Indian, gentleman, informed me that my duplicate title would definitely be in my possession within 7 to 10 days, 10 days tops! On June 14th 2016, I called the Pennsylvania DMV, Motor Vehicle dept. I spoke with (3) different women, the 3rd person being the top supervisor, whom (all) informed me as well as assured me, that Mr.Grant T[redacted], at the Pennsylvania Notary & Tax service,(never) applied nor sent the Pennsylvania DMV, any paperwork at all pertaining to my 2001 Ford Exploer Sport Trac! These women all informed me that they checked their systems several times and there was never any paperwork sent in on my behalf! I took it a step further, on June 14th 2016, I myself went to [redacted] Notary service here in [redacted], Pa on [redacted], with my Pennsylvania ID, they also ran a check and found that Grant T[redacted], at the Pennsylvania Notary & Tax service, (never )submitted any paperwork to the Pennsylvania DMV, gorgeous duplicate title for my 2001 Ford Exploer Sport Trac! I immediately contacted Grant T[redacted], at the Pennsylvania Notary & Tax service, whom informed me that "it is going to take 2 to 3 more weeks for your duplicate title to come in the mail the Pennsylvania Dmv,must have lost your paperwork "! I informed Grant T[redacted], no, you never sent my such paperwork and now I'm filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, against you!Desired Settlement: I desire a full refund plus my duplicate title due to the major inconvenience this has caused me! The buyer of my truck whom truly wanted my truck, has now purchased another vehicle! As of June 14th 2016, the potential buyer of my truck, once I informed them that there was never any paperwork sent to the Pennsylvania DMV, and that it would be an additional 2 to 3 more weeks for my title to come in, they said they wasted their time and gas with me and that they were going elsewhere to purchase
