Pennsylvania Patio installed a louvered awning on my home and my sister's home I can say with certainty that this company is one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with, and I can highly recommend them They guarantee their work, and they will NOT accept final payment until you are completely satisfied with their work We both had small leaks in the awnings, and when we contacted the owner about giving him the final payment, he said he will not take one more dollar until everything is fixed and to our liking All appointments were on time and the installers were very professional I am happy to say that this is a company you can trust

Review: I wanted to have Pa patio installed, but I to end the business arrangement after 3 weeks with no significant progress done on my job and without the confidence they could complete it. In a three week period they could only achieve installing three anchors into the pre fabricated footers and drilled 4 hours in my brick looking for the rim joist. The owner of Pa patio has stated "it was my problem for their inability to complete the work". He also has refused to refund my 10,000 dollar deposit and sent me additional bill for 6,100 dollars. The total bid for a completed pergola was ~20,500 dollars. I have tried to reach to reach out to the owner and come to a resolution without any response. The options he gave me after I removed him from the job weres the following:

Pa Patio options provided two days after being removed from the job.

I’ve provided 2 options of resolution for your review.

1. You can keep the product and I will remove the labor that wasn’t utilized - this would bring your current balance due to $7,973.39

2. I’ve put together the a breakout of the cost and the current balance due based on our agreement. I have taken into consideration what I can resell and in an effort to come to a resolution I am willing to remove some items from our contract.

The majority of the cost falls under the roof - I know you mentioned you felt I could resell the system and wouldn’t be out anything, however as discussed, the system was cut to your patio and unless someone has the need for the same exact layout, at a minimum the rafters have no value. I am willing to keep the louvers in my inventory for a future sale and will be happy to issue you a refund for them if I am able to sell them by the end of the year. That total is listed out in yellow below and makes up 35% of the cost of the roof. The rest of the cost is in the rafters which again were cut to fit the layout of the patio. The money I will propose to remove from the contract now is as follows...

• 6 - 18’ Beams were ordered, 2 were cut during the install so I will take back 4 beams

• 2 - 24’ Beams were ordered - neither were cut so I will take back both of them

• 3 - Posts were ordered - mounts for each post were installed which makes up roughly 25% of the cost - since the aluminum wasn’t cut, I will charge only for the brackets and mounting material

• 18 - End caps were ordered - none were installed so I will take them back

• I took off the labor to install the fans

• No refund for shipping

• Jason's bill to me for his labor on the job was 40% of the original price - so I will remove 60% of the original labor

The total money for the above (broken down below) is $4,712.57

Additional charges that weren’t included…

Permit Fee’s - Labor / Drawings - $200

Pick Up of the system - $300

This make the grand total - $4,212.57

Our original agreement was for $20,772.28

The return total is $4,212.57

The revised contract total would be $16,559.71

Your down payment was $10,390

Which makes your current balance due of $6,169.71Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of my deposit since they did not complete less than 1% of the job . My deposit was 10390 dollars. I had made an offer to let them cover materials that they could not reuse and asked for 7000 dollars. My offer was not responded to and they was unwilling to come to a resolution.
