Seem like good guys but Bill will hound you relentlessly until you give him a decision Calls in the evening, texts, etcabout getting a decision It was off putting I ultimately decided not to do solar at that time because of other capital projects going on at a couple of properties we were considering installing panels on He also denigrates other contractors He did not take my decision well, immediately calling me after my text to him (which was a reply to his text asking what I was deciding) and kept asking me why even after giving him the explanation I gave above Not an enjoyabel experience
