Review: The travel agency had my credit card number and was supposed to book coach airfare at approximately $1900 per person through [redacted] airlines by a certain date. They booked business class for my husband and I at $3300 per person. When I caught their mistake, they rebooked my flights but the price went up to $2400 per person because of the late date. After talking to the Office Manager (because the owner couldn't be bothered), she was very nasty and rude and would not do anything to help me out. The actual clerk eventually found a flight on [redacted] for approximately the same price, but we prefer to travel overseas on an overseas airlines.Desired Settlement: A phone call from [redacted] the owner with an apology, acknowledging their error and an explanation why I was spoken to this way. I have used this agency for years, and have spent alot of money for their services.
