I was a subscriber. They accepted my payment via pay pal. I have since blocked that renewal payments and filed a claim through pay pal. The listed phone number has been disconnected and now, when I am looking for repairs they are not in existence!

Review: PA Utility Line Protection company is a company that provides service line warranties. I found them via a web search which lead me to www[redacted].com. The warranties they provide cover water main, and gas lines connecting homes to the utility main. I reviewed their website and products in March 2015, and checked them out with the Revdex.com & the Pennsylvania Department of State website. The rates were about average for the warranty services, and the company appeared to be legitimate. On March 25, 2015 I made a payment for services including Gas Line & Water Main protection for the total of $72.00 (via a PAYPAL subscription - set to renew annually). I expected to received confirmation of acceptance of coverage after about 30 days - which was not received. I recently has a sewer line issue and wanted to inquire about their coverage for that, but have discovered the main phone number is not in service. I have since cancelled the Paypal subscription - but want to ensure the business is not marked as active under Revdex.com or the State Department if they are truly no longer in business.Desired Settlement: Have business marked as inactive if that is truly the case, otherwise have the business update their contact information on their active website.
