Review: Company charged my card for some auctions and never sent the items out. I want to be refunded.Desired Settlement: Refund the money back onto my card or send the correct items out.

Mr. [redacted], Account holder failed to comply with PennyGrab.com's terms of use agreement, by opening more than "1" account outlined in #3 of PennyGrab.cpm's terms of use agreement agreed upon by Mr. [redacted]. As well Mr. [redacted] voided agreement when not complying with #2 in PennyGrab.com's terms of use agreement. Mr. [redacted] opened "9" separate accounts on June 10, 2014 under the same name and email address. We will not be refunding Mr. [redacted]'s due to failure to comply with PennyGrab.com's terms of use agreement which Mr. [redacted] agreed to follow when he signed up for his account.

PennyGrab.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by PennyGrab, Inc.("Pennygrab" or "we"). By using any services offered on the Website (the "Services"), purchasing products on the Website (the "Products") or accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, whether or not you open an account (an "Account") to subscribe to particular Services or purchase Products. How it Works and FAQ, "Blitz Grab Video" or "Fire Grab Tips and Tricks" videos, are only recommendations and are not intended as rules or guidelines. PennyGrab is not liable or responsible for actions of users or other individuals who have read or been informed of such information or other written material. 1. In order to access the Daily Deals (the "Daily Deals") and certain other features of the Website, you must create an Account that is accepted by Pennygrab and maintained by you in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable law. You may never use another's Account.

2. When creating your Account, you agree to only provide accurate and complete information.

3. Only one Account per person is allowed, unless otherwise expressly approved by Pennygrab. Only individuals may open an Account, we do not allow online resellers..

4. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, and you must keep your Account password secure. You must notify Pennygrab immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. Although Pennygrab will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your Account, you may be liable for the losses of Pennygrab or others relating to any such unauthorized use.

5. Either you or Pennygrab may at any time terminate your Account, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. If Pennygrab terminates your Account for any reason other than your violation of these Terms of Use, the Website rules and regulations, and/or your violation of law, then Pennygrab will not bea liable to return to you the balance of any purchased and paid credits or any won bonus or promo credits, and may not be elgible for any won items. (each as defined below), either by e-mail, US Mail and/or courier (e.g., FedEx) to your address that we have on file for you.

Review: I have one several different gift card for places like [redacted], s[redacted],etc. The only one that has actually worked were the ones from [redacted]. I have called Customer service a number of times over the past few months. They never put you through to an operator. They keep you on hold for about 5 minutes and then claim they will return your call shortly. You leave your name and number and reason for call. I have NEVER gotten a call back to try and sort this out. They have a.com address to send email to but it is not a good address. My last call to them a couple of days ago I ended with saying that if I did not hear back from them in 24 hours I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.which I am now doing. I have like 60.00 or 70.00 dollars in unuseable gift cards. Can you please help me?Desired Settlement: I would either like replacement cards that work or just refund my money by check. It is a shame because I used to really enjoy being on their site. In the beginning the gift cards worked but not any I have gotten in the past 9 months.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I have several that I know do not work but there are I did not even bother to try just so I did not have to go through that embarassment again. Also, I did not save all the receipts because I had never had this problem before.

Review: On 5/18/2015 I purchased 200 bids for $100, 100 bids for $50, and 30 bids for $15. My credit card statement reflects 2 additional charges of $15 for a total of $30. I have a screen shot of my Pennygrab account showing only 3 total purchases and a copy of my credit card statement. I have tried emailing Pennygrab multiple times and the customer support address is not valid. I also reached out to Pennygrab via their Facebook page and they have responded but taken no action or updated me on the billing error correction. Additionally I purchased a $10 Starbucks gift card on 5/13/2015 and have yet to receive the card. I will be filing a full chargeback if this is not resolved as it appears money is being collected and nothing is shipped in return.Desired Settlement: Correction of the billing error which Pennygrab has collected $30 which was not authorized by me. $10 Starbucks gift card shipped to my address within 5 business days.

Review: Company has made numerous unauthorized charges against my credit card since I emailed them with a complaint about their site not allowing me to place bids properly. Had to file complaint with my bank because they did not respond to my email and was unsatisfied with the answer they gave over the phone.Desired Settlement: Formal complaint filed against company.

We are not responsible for the charges, our website does not keep credit card information on our website. We will not be refunding the charges and we will be fighting these charges with our merchant process bank, we also will take legal action due to the user being the same IP address and location of the login credentials.
