that information we cannot process the request for a service certificate good toward the next Pennzoil oil change purchased at the same location.Unfortunately if the cunsumer does not have copies of proof of purchase dated between September and November 30, we cannot process the requestThe value of the service certificate is based on the type oil purchased and if there is no proof of purchase there is no way to determine the amount due.We will be happy to reprocess the request if the consumer can provide the required information as is outlined on the request formPlease note consomer's signature on the form indicating the terms and conditions of the offer were read and understood.Thank you,Peggy B***
The consumer has been paid as promised for this offer. The terms and conditions for the offer were clearly outlined on the rebate form. The description of the offer specified that payment would be in the form of a Service Certificate good toward the next Pennzoil oil...

Rebate checks were not offered or issued for this offer. I sent all forms and receipts given by the dealer. I send for rebates all the time. This is one of those times it is either a scam or incompetence. It would be interesting to see the percentage of rebates rejected.
