I took my truck there on the first week of November to have it rustproofedA few days later while cleaning my vehicle I noticed that the job was very sloppily done as large areas of my windshield, hood, and the sides of the truck were also coated with the rustproofing chemicalObviously they were too lazy to mask the vehicles before proceeding with the spraying job on the undersides of the vehicle and it's hoodThis caused my vehicle's smooth paint job to now feel grimy and lumpy, and my windshield to become smudged and smeared as I attempted to clean the stuff off When I went back to the shop to make a complaint, the owner did not appear to care at allHe came out of the shop, look at the vehicle and said 'I don't see anything'I told him of course he can't see anything as the vehicle is dark blue and the spray is transparentSo I told him to feel the surface of the vehicleHe did and then shrugged his shoulders and said to go buy some dish washing soap and wash it myself againI said the spray is oil-based and dish washing soap is used for fighting grease so how is that going to help? His response; He said in a rude and arrogant tone 'Don't talk to me like that' walked back into his shop and shut the door in my facePlease note, at no point in time during my conversation so far did I swear or use foul language on this gentleman so I do not know why he would react in the unprofessional way he just didI felt the least he could have done is apoligize and offered to clean the vehicle himself, but this did not happenhe never even said 'I'm sorry even onceWas this proper customer service? It is evident the owner doesn't care at all about the job he does, nor treat the vehicles he services and his clients in a respectable mannerBuyer bewareUse this Penzoil location at your own risk
