My experience with [redacted] in the billing department was shocking He was very condescending and rude I explained that I could not pay $all at once and have been making payments of $per month towards this He said, "Well we don't know what you are doing?" and went on to say, "we can't read your mind!" I told him that the payments have been made on the same day each month and that they have cashed the checks, a sign of payment in good faith The statement never gave me payment options, that all other medical services companies offer Instead, it states, "...if full payment is not recieved in our office within days of statement date your account may be turned over to a third pary collection agency," In none of thier statements do they offer billing assistance or payment options Even after [redacted] confirmed that they had recieved payments from me, he said, "we turned you over to collections, you have to deal with them now!"

Even after [redacted] confirmed that they had recieved 2 payments from me, he said, "we turned you over to collections, you have to deal with them now!"

All around bad company. Insensitive technicians. Terrible customer service. Billing system is extremely flawed.
