An absolutely wonderful experience from walking in the door the first timeThe front staff is friendly, laid back yet professionalBefore meeting with an artist I was able to check out each of their portfolios and than based on my preference meet the one that best fit my styleI'm extremely happy with the artist I choose, Mike is very open minded listened instead of suggesting based on what I wantedHe gave great feed back and alternatives and didn't feel pressured to go with what he saidI can't wait to finish up my sleeve! I'll be sending everyone hear for work!

I have gotten my tongue pierced here as well as two different small tattoos from different artists and I absolutely love them bothThe latest one was on my finger and the ink fell out very quickly as it does in that particular spot I found out, but pens and needles quickly worked with me to get it redone by another artist since the one who did it the first time was no longer availableI would recommend this shop to anyoneBoth locations are very clean and all of the staff from the piercers, tattoo artists and the receptionists are always very polite and helpfulThe pricing is definitely reasonable for the quality of work you are recieving, I will most certainly be back!!

I have been going to Mike at Pens & Needles since The first time I stepped into the building, the first thing I noticed was how clean it wasEven under construction, it was still one of the neatest places I had ever been to All of the people there are extremely friendly and enjoyable to be aroundThey all obviously know what they're doing, I had been to other tattoo shops around town before then, but none of them even compare to this shopThis is the place I recommend to anyone that asks me where to go, and it's where I plan on going for the rest of my tattooed life

At the age of 50, I got my first tatt *** was very caring and understanding as it was just a simple word, "Believe" He asked what it meant to me and I told him it meant everything It certainly has gotten me through my son's many deployments! I will be heading back soon for an add-on!
