We hired Pension Evaluators at *** for *** services for pension benefits for a divorce (JOD.)
All of the appropriate information was supplied, along with a payment to a charge card of $500. The first draft that was sent for approval was incorrect with many errors, including misspelled names, other people's addresses, social security numbers and incorrect benefit amounts. After a phone conversation and emails asking to correct all of this, a second draft was sent. Still multiple (same) errors in this draft. More emails and phone calls followed, and a third draft was sent. Still the SAME errors. As these are documents to go through the court system, we cancelled the services because these errors were not being fixed. Today, I was sent a FOURTH draft via email and was also told they would not give me a refund...and this FOURTH draft still had the same mistakes that I have now asked them 4 times to fix. No one is proofing what is sent. They were rude, and unresponsive until I told them to cancel the services. Again, as these are court documents, it was extremely worrisome that something as simple as even typing names correctly could not be addressed and corrected.
Please accept this email and documented attachments (from the client) and our polite responses; as our inputs to this individual's frivolous request to obtain a service for free. You will also see her own admissions in writing that she had a bad day. Bad days we understand and can work with; but then to take our work file a Revdex.com complaint and attempt to get a $500.00 for free is not proper. Afterall we spent time with this client. It appears that all along she was premeditated in her plans to get the work and then go at it for free.
Customer bought initially bought our Basic *** service, then that same day she (in writing) upgraded to our Premium service our premium *** package and best yet she accepted the receipt of the *** commented for us to correct one letter in her name. We corrected *** to ***, now she has accepted our work product. Problem was she had a bad day (she noted to us in writing and apologized) and needed the service for free. *** made this frivolous claim only a two days after she managed to promptly submit her payment and her almost 90 pages to process her *** (also she wrote to us as you shall see to upgrade from the $350 to the $500 service; imagine. The Revdex.com is not setup for clients to get items for free by attempting to slander a firm with full documentation of all we provided and were sent and the request to upgrade to a more expensive service . Since 2019 this was the 5th service she bought and paid for absent any request for refund! The client was notified that she after receiving the work product was not entitled to a refund. This again aggravated *** so she decided to use Revdex.com as a venue for refund.
