I have had a wonderful experience with themThey were very sympathetic to my problem, both at the office when I called for service and when their field technicians arrivedThey were very helpful and were interested in fixing the problem at the lowest cost to myselfI recommend them for anyone around the Newalla area!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: the check was sent on 8-for $ ( $was the amount of our call ) not $ customer quoted that he was there when we worked on the unit - but he was not he lives in Texas customer called on $8-to let us know he never received the check - so we checked our records and put a stop on the first check we sent out another through certified mail on 8-for $ certified mail shows that it will be there today at 11:30am --- he will have to sign the the check tracing number [redacted] *** thank you [redacted]

I was pleased and impressed with the service providedThe plumber was timely, courteous, professional, and efficient in solving the problemHe laid out the alternatives (repair or replace and the likely costs) and then he managed to repair the problem rather than simply replacing the fixture, although the latter is what I had asked for and fully expected to occurThe charge was quite reasonable andI could not be more satisfied with the result

I contacted this company about a malfunctioning central air conditioning compressor about 2:p.mThe initial contact was made through a web-based message systemThe company responded via email within the hourI called the number listed in their messageThey offered to send a technician the same afternoonI accepted
A representative called later to advise the tech was en route; he arrived within a short whileHe appeared clean, was courteous and efficientThe vehicle he drove was also clean and in good repair
Diagnosis and repair required about than an hourIn addition to replacing malfunctioning parts, he checked the refrigerant level
Overall, our experience was great...one of the best transactions we've had with a contracting businessWe will certainly return when HVAC issues arise, and will also strongly consider them for plumbing repairs

contacted advent to replace my 20 year old whole home humidifier on a Saturday. I was told I would be contacted first thing on Monday. got a call early Monday morning and the tech showed up about 15 minutes later. gave me and estimate and told me he could install the humidifier right away. the tech was professional. the tech had a lot of patience as he explained the system and answered all my questions. I am fully satisfied with the installation process. I highly recommend this company. I have already scheduled an appointment to tune up my air conditioning the spring..
