Stay away from these people
I have a 2017 G550 and needed a front passenger window. I called first thing in the morning and never heard from them.
I called Mercedes Benz of Chandler and they said I would have to contact them. I tried multiple times to speak with someone but there's no one to talk to. Stay away from this people. Big huge waist of time. Very unprofessional and disorganized operation. One would think that being a Penske company they would know what they're doing.

I have been on hold trying to reach the auto glass department in AZ left a call back and no one calls or responds been on for an hr for two different days what the Hell not a good way to do business I will go else ware don't do business with Penske

Review: I have my auto insurance with [redacted] and Penske was one of the preferred service providers to get my rock chip in my windshield fixed. So I called them to set up a claim. They told me they would take a few days to get back to me. Which they did. When the day of the appointment came they brought the wrong glass. I informed them that that I had waited long enough and they would have to get the glass by the next business day which was Monday. The manager called me and told me that he was sorry and the employee that made this error was let go and that a new glass would be delivered and installed first thing Monday morning and they had one in stock. Monday morning I get a call stating that the glass they were holding for me was sold over the weekend and it would take a few more days to get a new one ordered. By then I was very upset but I agreed to wait. The glass was installed a few days later. Within 24 hours I noticed the glass that was installed had a chip in it. It was not a new one. So I immediately called the Penske dealer as they assured me the work was all warrantied and they would take care of all issues. They gave me a very hard time. Were very rude to me and told me they would send out a guy to inspect the damage. My car at that time was the [redacted] dealer getting its regular maintenance done. So they sent the driver to my dealer and he basically called me and send im out of luck and nothing can be done. I am very upset about this. I can easily call [redacted] and have them put in a new glass because I have no deductible on rock chips but this business is unethical and committing fraud. I would like you to contact the business on my behalf in the meantime I will be reporting them and the [redacted] dealer to [redacted] and different forms of media to inform others of the bad business practice.Desired Settlement: I would like a new [redacted] windshield installed as promised.

Review: I Brought my car to Penske Rapid Repair/ Auto Glass to get the windshield repair, as they also own [redacted] Scottsdale. Biggest mistake I ever made. When I got the car back it had adhesive and fingerprints all over the fenders and doors, as well as a chip in the drivers door. Unfortunately that was just the beginning. A few weeks later I was cleaning the inside of the windshield and noticed something odd on the passenger side of the windshield. So I brought my vehicle to the [redacted] dealer to have them look at it. They told me that they Penske Auto Glass had torn, and broken the windshield antenna ribbon when they installed the new windshield, and that the windshield would have to be replaced once again

I replaced the windshield myself and was paid through my insurance company. I have not been compensated for the chip in my door and I sent them the estimate of $511.38 and $250 for loss of income since I had to take time off of work, They have accepted responsibility for my door chip I would like them to do the right thing and pay for the damage they caused.

I asked and I sent them the estimate for the repair of the chip they put on my door for $511.38, I also asked them to replace the rear view mirror their installer damaged with tool marks and sent them a picture of that damage. Lastly I asked for just $250 for loss of income and my time since I have had to take hours of my own time to bring the car to be repaired, and for estimates as well as hours of additional time I have spent dealing with all of this nonsense that They Penske Rapid Repair has caused.

I addition have emails from Penske stating that they had not and would not bill my insurance for the bad windshield repair. Here is the then actual quote from Jan 2 2013 ( "[redacted] has not and will not be billed for the work performed." ) as sent from [redacted], Operations Manager.

Yet they did bill [redacted], and were paid for the work they said they would not bill for. It took me months until I was paid from [redacted] for the $952.19 because it took Penske that long to refund [redacted] the money they received from [redacted] for the job they told me that they would not be billing for. Yet they did bill [redacted] and did get paid.Desired Settlement: To be paid the 511.38 for the damage, and $250 for my loss of income. Total of 761.38

The client referenced in the complaint received by Penske Rapid Repair has sent several documented emails and has placed numerous phone calls threatening legal action against our company. We feel that it would not be advantageous to dicuss any details relating to the allegations made should the client choose to retain counsel and engage in legal action. Several remedies were offered in good faith, regardless of fault, and all revenue associated with the transaction was refunded completely.

As usual they do not want to settle this matter, but rather atempt to side step it, and hope that I might just go away. Well thats never going to happen. I will stick to what I requested I would like to see happen in my initial compliant I submitted to the Revdex.com
