We were able to secure financing but a little more down payment was needed for approvalHer trade in vehicle was not on the lot when she came to pick it up; it had been removed to another lot in errorWe were able to get the vehicle returned
to us later on that eveningShe was concerned as to the condition of her trade in vehicle so we had our technicians conduct a multi point inspectionThe safety items were visually inspected to determine the condition and she was given a copy of the inspectionWe washed the vehicle and filled up her tank with gas as a goodwill gestureWe apologize for any inconvenience

I was told Friday that my car was at lotAt that time made arraignments to take in The new Honda and pick up my car ( trade-inI was told to bring it the following TuesdayHonda dealer took there car and left me waiting for mine in the lobby when my car was not even on lotI miss day of work to turn in car and was sent home in a shuttle so the could locate my carThe only person who helped me was the sales person who sold me the Honda in the first placeI had to miss another day of work to go back the following dayNot any type of apologyAnd the manager didn't try to help at allNo one even called me to let me know they retrieved carI had to keep callingNo one offered to inspect car until I wrote to Revdex.com and wrote a letter to General manager and his only response was "where in the business of selling car and your in the business of buying a car so I don't know what you want us to do"I'm okay with not being to get financed but being left in lobby, lied too about car, didn't have down payment ready for me to pick up like I was told sent home on a shuttle because of there mistake and missed workNot an apology from anyone but sales personThey didn't careNo type of compensationWashing a car you had for three weeks and lost and filled with a quarter tank of gas is not compensationPenke Honda doesn't care about there consumers only the sale

Mr*** leased a new Honda Accord from Penske Honda 7/18/Mr*** was driving a Hyundai that was nearing the end of his lease termSeveral options were discussed but ultimately the Hyundai was not traded in on the Honda leaseAs per our agreement with Mr***,
the last payments in the amount of $was sent to Hyundai Motor Finance in a check dated 7/21/Any overage in miles, excess wear and tear and any other fees would be the responsibility of Mr***The vehicle was driven by Mr*** to the local Hyundai dealer and was left with them to dispose of the vehiclePenske Honda followed thru with our agreement and obligation of making the final vehicle payments to Hyundai Motor Finance on behalf of Mr***
