We have looked in our Towing and Mechanical Systems and there is no record of a towor service done under a last name of [redacted]. We can't answer something we have norecord of.Thank You
I located the service record and spoke with the service managers.Customer "[redacted]" vehicle was towed in to our tow lot from being disabled on the Mass Turnpike. Ourcompany also has a Auto Service Division. Our service department was asked by customer look at vehicle and as it.Our Service Manager found that there we as absolutely NO OIL in engine and that is why vehiclefailed. Customer was advised that vehicle would need a new engine replacement. Customer waiteddays to call back to advise what they wanted our company to do. Customer did not want to replaceengine here but asked our Service dept to fill engine with oil as they would be assessing other avenues.We advised customer that vehicle would NOT operate very far.We were paid for the Towing and the Oil to fill the engine at the customer's request.
