Review: We shipped 3 boxes through them on 07/09/2013 to be received by family in the Philippines and the boxes still have not been received. We have contacted them concerning this issue, third follow up call was on 09/03/2013. They informed me that it was shipped late when we spoke to them over the phone. I visited their office in person on 10/29/2013 and they told me that it was my boxes that were delayed and not to worry that it was still going to be delivered in good condition and that my items were safe. They also stated that my family will receive the boxes I sent in two weeks and that I would receive a phone call. Still to this date, the boxes have not been received.Desired Settlement: I would like the shipping charge refunded and my boxes returned in original condition with nothing missing or monetary compensation for any lost items.

Please be advised that shipments in question were already delivered to consignee in the Philippines

on November 24, 2013, and was received by [redacted].

As what we've told complainant Miss [redacted] de [redacted] before, there was indeed a delay in delivery due

to the fact that contrary to her fears that her cargo got lost along the way, consolidating cargoes to fill

up a container was slow at that time and was indeed affecting our delivery.

Due to the current economic situation, this industry has undergone significant changes and has

directly and indirectly affected the freight forwarding business. In the past years, we have

experienced significant decrease in the shipment of boxes. This is not an isolated situation. In fact, it

is becoming the norm in the freight forwarding business, especially to the Philippines. The result of

which is that we cannot deliver on time, but, rest assured we aspire to make their shipments safe and

be able to reach their intended destinations.

We hope this satisfies your concerns. We apologize and thank you for your consideration.

Review: A box of different types of goods and merchandise, priceless but very important items were sent for the Philippines on October of 2012 that's suppose to take no more than 3 mos. BUT until now not delivered ! They keep telling us all kinds of excuses.Desired Settlement: Cash refund immediately (Courier fees and total value of goods and items)
