I had an alarm system installed with this company about a year ago for a property that I was renting. The company is aware that I have moved from that property and continues to Draft my checking account for monthly fees. They have come to remove their equipment from that address already. I spoke with the technician who installed my system on several occasions requesting my information be removed and a refund for the 2 months that has been drafted from my bank account. The technician said he would take care of it so I waited and two days later I received an empty envelope in the mail! I'm totally frustrated at this ppint.
