Review: Penthouse 760 in [redacted] is a venue with street address and no further contact information (incorrect phone number and no email address). Perhaps private agents linked to this venue selling tickets through Internet sellers ([redacted] in our experience, but there were more) in the gray zone of nonrefundable event ticket-selling. The event organizers hide behind the undisputable non-refundable ticket policy that the Internet seller puts upfront to the customer. This way Penthouse 760 may advertise whatever they wish and offer a very poor quality of events guaranteed by the non-refundable ticket policy without any protection to the ticket-buyer.The New Years Eve 2015 event at Penthouse 760 in [redacted] offered online:Tickets at the door (this we have documented and printed).Three-floor entertainment with a DJ, the top 40 and music from the 80 and 90.Warm buffet and a list of 9 other items on the menu.We received:Tickets to be picked up no later than [redacted] on December**, 2014 at at least two locations in[redacted].We had to call [redacted] in order to confirm which location was the right one.Upon arriving at Penthouse 760 we were sent to the top floor of the building: a bunker with echoing acoustics. A brutally-loud played mixture of primitive mess and Latino music in two connected halls on the same floor. Unbearable to stand because of the volume and the noise. No DJ to be found or heard during our stay of about 25 min.Warm buffet nowhere to be found. A total of four items on the plate; one item of suspicious quality (Paella) that caused food-poisoning.The event-organizers are nowhere to be reached in person. Rejected all our claims through [redacted] (being the third party) hiding behind the non-refundable ticket policy.Desired Settlement: We require a full refund of the tickets. This was not the quality of event advertised and we paid for. This was a fraud.
