Good Morning [redacted] in response to the complaint done by our client miss [redacted] here is our side of the story:Miss [redacted] purchase a vehicle from us back on 6/11/2016, sinning a monthly payment contract, with payments due the 11th of every month in the amount of $400.00, she is an out of state customer, due to that fact her sales taxes are due in her state of residence, she was asked to find a local dmv that will best suit her, so I could meet her to bring her the title, and get the license plate for her [redacted] she stated that would be done, and that she was going to transfer her driver license from [redacted] to [redacted] , im aware that that its a requirement in [redacted] to get a license plate in that state, we never got a copy of the new driver license from miss [redacted] her tags in fact have not been processed due the lack of commitment to respect the contract signed by both party's, by making her monthly payments on time, I have had attached a payment history of miss [redacted] , where she made her first payment on 2nd of September, almost two months when it was due, communication has been very dificult with her, we have had tried to contact her by phone, but its nearly impossible, the vehicle its now in our possession, it was repossessed on 10/15/2016, we towed the car from [redacted] were we payed out the charges of $( tow bill $+ $storage), if miss [redacted] wants to get her vehicle back she has to pay the balance due on her account and the recovery fees plus a $tow bill from [redacted] to our lot in [redacted] SC, the total amount due es $1,as of today, we also require a copy of her [redacted] driver license, and an acurated date and time to process her tag
