I am rejecting this response because: I have attempted to contact - never received a response or a return call. Attached are the emails - you can review and see the responses I have received. At this point, it is too late to use the items she "sells" on the website - the season is too hot for planting. Refund requested.

package of seeds was mailed to him on 4 separate occasions.Two to the address on the order and two to an alternative address.We believe his claim is valid and truthful and take responsibility for this omission.We have reached out to him by phone - both by the owner directly and by an employee and can not explain his not receiving the seeds.We have refunded his money.Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I must note, however, that I find it hard to believe that four packages were unable to reach me.Also, to correct their assertion, I was only contacted twice in three months by Peony's Envy, in response to multiple voice messages and emails. I only was able to speak to the owner when she was there to answer their phone. In fact, I was only able to achieve resolution when I made a public complaint on the Peony's Envy [redacted] page. To their credit, they acted within a couple of days.
