I completed the test for years. I provided you the with emails of the previous ten years when I applied for jobs and this same screening test was a requirement and I had already taken the test. You did not transfer and apply the test. I missed out on jobs. I was prevented from finding work due to all the technical repairs that you just randomly closed out without repairing despite my repeated emails. I will forward to the Revdex.com the history of emails of my complaints of you closing out the tickets without completing the repairs.

Every case has been responded to with steps to resolve with either our Client or with Customer, outside of any duplicative cases closed. It is worth noting that some of the contacts Customer has made with PeopleAdmin were referencing a competitods product. Unfortunately, we are not able to troubleshoot a competitor's product. Attachment A is an email correspondence from three of our directors within our company to assist Customer in linking her different account email addresses to assist in her concern of being unable to link any information. Following this, you will see the response that we discovered her EPI test was incomplete. Customer was notified on May 24, 2017 by our Chief Research Officer that her test was incomplete, and was asked to request a system reset if she would like to re-take the assessment (Attachment B- Email response from our Chief Research Officer, Attachment C- Candidate Grievance Response). At this time, we invite Customer to request an assessment reset to complete her EPI test according to the assessment guidelines. We also request that Customer please notify us of any other email addresses she may be using to confirm we are able to accurately link all of her information.
