I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me PCA mentioned the need of repairing the vehicle becfore I test drove the honda, they were already planing on getting the car to pass inspection before I came alongI left a deposit with the sales person to hold the vehicle which I have done before and recieved my deposit backI did not cause PCA to miss a sale on the vehicle because its still availabe and due to them stating that they use my deposit to fix the vehicle the price for the vihicle dis not changeI should not be responsible for fixing a car that is not mine or fixing a car before I purchase itA car has to pass inspection before it can be sold and that should not be at the cost of a potential buyerI would appreciate my deposit back from PCA, I tried calling and emailing and never recieved a response from PCA until Revdex.com stepped in and assisted Regards, [redacted] ***
We are sorry to here about the problems you are having with your [redacted] Any thing can happen to a used vehicle with 121,miles that was driven miles over a month period in one of the worst winters in ***As shown before PCA has taken care of issues you had under warrantyPlease keep in mind that your used vehicle warranty for months/miles is not bumper to bumper per the warranty agreement you signed and have a copy ofYou are more than welcome to bring your vehicle to the shop and we can review your complaints with the owner of the shop and myself
