Cheap company and agents. They don't care customer service or your situation. If you pay their money already.. They are trying to make you give up and don't call them again for any claim. If you are asking them for escalate issue. Person on the phone telling you. I am the only person and manager here. there is not escalation. [redacted]

Very disappointed in this company and the services paid for verses provided Both my husband and I purchased the Gold Warranty options for his *** and my *** respectively My husband opened a claim to replace four of the universal joints on his truck prior to the expiry of the warranty Peoples Choice refused to cover the repair stating that the warranty expired months previous which was not the case They contacted us the day after the warranty expired and closed the claim so that it would no longer be open during the warranty period This was done so that they would not be liable to cover the expense

...I purchased a *** dollar silver warranty through this company..and wow...what a disaster
...I began to believe after my 3rd attempt being denied at a legit claim that I had no choice but to seek a lawyer.***...in my warranty it states my transmission and all seals and gaskets are covered....so when I had a major tranny leak I assumed it must be covered right ?? Wrong !!! Took it to the garage I was told to take it too by people's choice...was told it was a transmission gasket ...so obviously I thought no worries it's covered as it states in my warranty package form...wrong again....I had to shell out *** bucks from my pocket ..not once but this is 3rd straight claim deniedbut tranny and gaskets say covered ?? Huh ? *** ..manager called me and hung up when I asked why not covered......***

This is by far the most deceitful, corrupt and unethical "insurance companies out there I paid dollars for the so called "Platinum" coverage but the company has treated me like I really didn't matter They refused to even cover car rental for jut one day *** They don't want to cover anything! *** *** NEVER ever give these people your money ***
