Good afternoon:In response to MrMohammad Ali and the Revdex.com, we have done all we could to help mediate this situation and to make sure that MrAli was satisfiedHe had already reported us to the Texas Department of Insurance, and after one email of back and forth, we were cleared because it was a
change of cost from Empower Managing General Agency, his insurance provider. We are Budget Insurance: an agency that works with multiple insurance companies to make sure we can get our clients the lowest priced, affordable insurance rateWe don't change the prices ourselvesWe don't choose who or what can be covered, and we don't take any money out of any of our client's account when they are on monthly automatic payments, like MrAli was. He was our customer since August 24, Since the inception of his policy, he was on automatic payments through Empower Insurance CompanyHe made three changes throughout his time with us: on 11/19/2015, 02/16/2016, and 06/02/Those are the only times he paid in the office besides when he started his policy. His first six month term with Empower Managing General Agency Insurance started with payments of $and his last one was $His second six month term with his insurance provider was $for four months and the last two payments were $His third term had payments start with $He paid that twice and cancelled the policy with a $balance he left owing to EmpowerBudget Insurance has never charged him anything not authorized.We tried talking to MrAli when he called our office, but he was upset and didn't really listen to us and threatened to report the issueThe Texas Department of Insurance cleared us on this issueWe don't owe him anythingI don't know where the $he is demanding came fromAnd we also don't have a MsBhatia that works in our locations. Common man is too busy with their unending problems and the dummy insurance agencies satisfy their greedI am still talking to IDT and, the Agency never wanted to respond to my calls and emailsAnd their ignoring me and then lying through their teeth, they need to be accounted forOff course, I need to be compensated for this ordealAnd public need to see how they operate their business I will never recommend anyone to their business.
