My complaint against People’s Credit Union was their lack of coordination within their officePeoples has given a verbal plan of corrective actionHowever previous activity has shown their follow thru seems to be a situation where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand has promisedThe sole objective at present is to ensure an “EFT” withdrawal will be made from my bank account on the 30th of each month and not any other date, this is what “***” outlined to meAlso they owe me $for fees to correct their previous errorsOnly the 30th of April will illustrate corrective action or lack thereof
