This business has the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced, and I work in the automotive industry and have worked in the restaurant industryFrom the Top, to the regional, all the way down to the complex managers they hire to run their buildings, I have experienced nothing but neglect, disrespect, and blatant disregard since I have started with trying to get an issue resolvedMy apartment was damaged due to the facility's lack of attention to detail ( water damage, dust and dirt from brick pointing, dirt and grime tracked in from the kitchen makeover) then I was charged after I moved out for carpet replacementAfter I refused to pay, it was turned into collections and has impacted mine and my roommates credit history severelyI have been able to remove this invalid debt from my credit history but my roommates have not been quite as fortunate and there has been no effort on Sierra Managements part to assist with the issues on the credit bureaus, even with paying this in fullI have been passed from person to person, I have been treated like a low class citizen, I have been laughed at, and I have not been called back after messages and a verbal promise to get back to me from one of their executive positionsMy time renting at [redacted] Hill Apartments, and my experiences with Sierra Management have been disgracefulThey don't even deserve the one star I was required to give for a review

I never moved into this property and notified this company beforehand that due to potential breast cancer findings from my medical doctor, I would need to relocate back to Minnesota for support from Family and my own doctors hereI paid the $deposit up front like asked, and they have kept that for the inconvenience of stopping the showing of the apartmentI was ok with thisThey sent a collection action for $I received a letter before this collection action dated 4/13/to call and talk about the claim and to make possible settlement/payment arrangementsI immediately called day after day to speak with a Kelly R*** in the office, and she refused to return my calls after leaving numerous messages with live people in the officeThe call was made and I spoke with RosaI called 4/29/at 12:44pm CSTThe call lasted minutesShe stated she would give the message to Kelly R***; no call backI called again the following morning 4/30/at 9:27am CSTThis cal
