PeopleHelpers Ltd moved [redacted] on August & and on Sept 9th from [redacted] to [redacted] This was a very last minute emergency move because she had to be out on 8/and her moving company had cancelled that day We stepped in and had truckloads from the house in [redacted] and then went back again on Sept 9th to get items that were still at the old house in a shed We did not hear from Ms [redacted] again until October 3, when we received an email that she had items that were missing which were a 27' TV, dorm frig, box of expensive gowns and bar stools I then contacted her and on, or around, 10/replaced the fridge, TV and bar stools Then she stated that there was a [redacted] missing also Normally after weeks we would have no idea what would have happened to any items as we had probably done at least moves but I did remember seeing some of these items in the truck that were missing Many of our clients are downsizing and donating items and it appeared to be the case this time Those items were donated. On 11/11/I met with Ms [redacted] and we settled on replacement for the dresses, [redacted] and rings I apologized for being "rude" and she signed an agreement that reparation had been made and that there would be no other claims made against PeopleHelpers Ltd.Our main goal is to make our clients moves as stress free and damage free as possible This situation has never arisen before and we pride ourselves on taking care of any problems or situations promptly and luckily we have very few

PeopleHelpers Ltd moved [redacted] on August 24 & 25 and on Sept 9th from [redacted] to [redacted].  This was a very last minute emergency move because she had to be out on 8/25 and her moving company had cancelled that day.  We stepped in and had 3 truckloads from the house in [redacted] and...

then went back again on Sept 9th to get items that were still at the old house in a shed.  We did not hear from Ms. [redacted] again until October 3, 2017 when we received an email that she had items that were missing which were a 27' TV, dorm frig, box of expensive gowns and 2 bar stools.  I then contacted her and on, or around, 10/20 replaced the fridge, TV and 3 bar stools.  Then she stated that there was a [redacted] missing also.  Normally after 6 weeks we would have no idea what would have happened to any items as we had probably done at least 75 moves but I did remember seeing some of these items in the truck that were missing.  Many of our clients are downsizing and donating items and it appeared to be the case this time.  Those items were donated. On 11/11/17 I met with Ms. [redacted] and we settled on replacement for the dresses, [redacted] and rings.  I apologized for being "rude" and she signed an agreement that reparation had been made and that there would be no other claims made against PeopleHelpers Ltd.Our main goal is to make our clients moves as stress free and damage free as possible.  This situation has never arisen before and we pride ourselves on taking care of any problems or situations promptly and luckily we have very few.
