Review: I AM A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT SINCE 2005. I HAVE NOTIFIED ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES SINCE THEN AND I HAVE FRAUD ALERTS ALL OVER MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORTS. I AM REPORTING THIS COMPANY, PEOPLE'S ALLIANCE CREDIT UNION BECAUSE THEY HAVE IGNORED MY WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS THAT WERE SENT BY CERTIFIED/RETURN RECEIPT MAIL TO THEM ON FRI., DEC. *, 2013 AND RECEIVED AND SIGNED BY "[redacted]" ON DEC. *, 2013. TO DATE THIS COMPANY HAS IGNORED MY CORRESPONDENCE AND HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME WITH WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT THEY HAVE THE CORRECT PERSON. THIS COMPANY IS REPORTING A REPOSSESION ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD WITH THEM. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK BUT THIS COLLECTION AGENCY IS REPORTING WRONGFULLY ON MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT EVEN AFTER I PROVIDED THEM WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY #, DATE OF BIRTH, WHICH IS 07/**/1959, MY DRIVER'S LICENSE # AND TO DATE THEY HAVE NOT REMOVED THEIR WRONGFUL COLLECTION FROM MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORTS WITH ALL 3 MAJOR CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES. I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN BY CERTIFIED MAIL ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES AND THEY ADVISED ME TO CONTACT THIS BANK ONCE MORE TIME FOR A REPLY. I WANT WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT THIS BANK HAS REMOVED THEIR FRAUDULENT CREDIT COLLECTION FROM ALL OF MY CREDIT REPORTS OR I WILL BE BRINGING CIVIL CHARGES AGAINST THEM FOR FRAUDULENTLY USING MY PERSONAL CREDIT INFORMATION WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION. CHECK MY FIRST/LAST NAME, BIRTHDATE, DRIVER'S LICENSE # AND YOU WILL SEE CLEARLY THAT YOU HAVE THE WRONG PERSON. I HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED YOU WITH A COPY OF MY DRIVER'S LICENSE AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD AND TO DATE YOU HAVE NEVER REPLIED WITH WRITTEN COMMUNICATION TO CONFIRM YOUR REMOVAL. EACH CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY IS REQUIRING THAT I CONTACT THIS COMPANY AND PROVIDE THEM WITH THE REPLY. IF THIS COMPANY IGNORES MY COMPLAINT, THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES WILL ALL BE INVESTIGATING THIS CREDIT UNION EVEN FURTHER.Desired Settlement: I WANT WRITTEN COMMUNICATION AT MY RESIDENCE CONFIRMING THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE REMOVED THEIR FRAUDULENT COLLECTION ACCOUNT FROM ALL MY CREDIT REPORTS TODAY. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN WAITING ANY LONGER FOR THEIR REPLIES. I AM READILY ABLE AND FINANCIALLY CAPABLE OF BRING CHARGES AND I WILL IF THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT REMOVED. I AM NOT GOING TO KEEP WRITING. THIS IS MY LAST AND FINAL WARNING BEFORE I BRING CIVIL, CRIMINAL AND FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST THIS BANK. I HAVE SUFFERED FOR MANY YEARS TO CORRECT MY CREDIT DUE TO MY IDENTITY BEING STOLEN AND I REFUSE TO ALLOW ANYONE TO LEAVE ME ACCOUNTABLE FOR AN ACCOUNT I'VE NEVER HELD. I WANT THE WRONGFUL ACCOUNT REMOVED, AND WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION SENT TO MY RESIDENCE IMMEDIATELY CONFIRMING THE REMOVAL.

I am writing in response to complaint # [redacted] People’s Alliance FCU has attempted to contact the above referenced person. We mailed a letter out on December **, 2013 asking the above referenced complainant to contact us to discuss the paperwork that was submitted to us. In receipt of your formal request we attempted again to contact the complaint via e-mail and the phone number that was supplied to us was not a working number. At this time, if the complainant would like to contact us she can reach us at ###-###-#### or come into one of our local branches and we would gladly assist her in this matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I do not live in New York presently and I am out of state at the moment making attempts to handle this matter with this company for whom I do not have an account with. How difficult is it for them to see this and remove their credit information off of my personal credit report. There is nothing to discuss, and I will not discuss this matter via telephone because I want all communications in writing for my records; and this is the entire reason why this company is being reported to the Revdex.com of New York so that I can have documented information regarding this matter. My telephone is not working because I do not live on Long Island, and I did not want to discuss anything with a company that I know nothing about because there is nothing that I can tell them regarding this account. This credit union has fraudulently placed an account on my personal credit file that does not belong to me, and they continue to ignore my complaint and the severity of it. So calling me and talking is not going to remedy anything, nor will writing me because my condo is being rented out and I will not be available to a company I know nothing about. The [redacted] listed within this reply is not anyone I know, nor is this credit union one that I have ever had an account with so speaking with me does not solve or remedy anything when I have already filed this complaint bringing this matter to their attention.

I want communications sent to me through the Revdex.com of New York regarding this matter and I do not wish to communicate with a company by telephone or by directmail regarding an account I know absolutely nothing about. So if you are reading this People's Credit Union then you understand the importance of this complaint and you understand that I will not stop here with the Revdex.com. I will be reporting you further to the Attorney General of New York and the Banker's Commission of New York as well if you continue to ignore my requests. If you would have replied here favorably through the Revdex.com I would have made an attempt to call you and discuss this matter, but I cannot see how I can discuss a matter with you that I have no prior knowledge about so what is the point. I have no idea whatsoever what speaking with you will resolve. If you can enlighten me further, then I will possibly consider the matter, but until then this complaint has not been addressed accordingly through the Revdex.com because you are trying to force me to call you; and I never received any correspondence from you in writing either.

identification that appeared to be authentic.

Review: I receive 4-7 phone calls per day. These are recorded messages to tell me to call them. I DO NOT have an account with this bankDesired Settlement: stop these harassing phone calls

The phone number that was being called was associated with a member that currently has an account here at the credit union. We were not aware that the phone number did not belong to our member and we have now removed that telephone number from our records. Review: People's alliance federal credit union failes to provide clear billing statements with itemized payments and balances due. In addition, they do not provide the member with a coupon at the end of loan with the final balloon payment (close out of loan), instead they send a statement that shows balance of balloon payment. After ballon payment is paid in full, PAFCU sends a new statement with new balance with interest charge only. Then PAFCU sends the member a notice of past due payment with the previous interest charge(now listed "loan balance") and a new "past due amount" that is not itemized and is not on any previous statement. Then PAFCU sends a new notice from the debt department asking for payment to maintain execellent credit rating. I spoke to a [redacted] at PAFCU, my loan info was taken, she spoke to a [redacted] and then told me PAFCU would close out the loan. A few days later I received a notice of past due payment with a new higher amount. I emailed [redacted] the notice and she replyed back "I will give you a call as soon as I get an answer". She called back the folowing day with a voicemail explaining to call back to speak to her or the collection dept. I called back twice, both directed to her voicemail. I also left additional emails that I'm trying to get in touch with her. No reply from [redacted] for two days, then I was sent an unclear email with miss spelled words and bad grammar that I didn't understand.I then called the following day and spoke to a person named [redacted]. [redacted] was professional in handling my call and said my loan was closed out.A few days after speaking with [redacted] I received a notice from PAFCU debt department for past due amount.I feel that PAFCU is threating my execellent credit with a bogus interest charge and past due amount that is not itemized, nor couponed. PAFCU fails to communicate inter-department and fails to send the member a confirmation letter that states the loan is payed in full.Desired Settlement: Confirmation statement that gives proof that the loan is paid in full.Confirmation of no late payments over the 5 years of loan. Confirmation from PAFCU that any mistake of payment to close out the loan was on there part due to lack of clear itemized billing to me.No action to be taken against my execellent credit to lower my credit score.
