On August 8th, 2014, I went to People's Beauty to inquire about an exchange (I purchased the item on August 2nd, 2014). A male (who stated his name was [redacted]), asked to see the item (hairspray that was not used) and stated they do not provide refunds or exchanges. I showed him my receipts and further stated that I am not requesting a refund-just an exchange and he stated again there are no returns or exchanges. I asked to see the "no return or exchange" policy or any policy and he stated there was not one to show. I asked to speak to a manager and he stated he was the manager. Throughout the exchange, he was rude and failed to provide any information about the policy nor did he make any attempt to work with me on the issue. Also, there was no signage about store refunds/exchanges and felt he just didn't want to resolve the problem.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] Hair SprayDesired SettlementI would like to exchange the item and the store should have signage about their return/exchange policies visible in the store.
