I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
My complaint against People’s Credit Union was their lack of coordination within their office. Peoples has given a verbal plan of corrective action. However previous activity has shown their follow thru seems to be a situation where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand has promised. The sole objective at present is to ensure an “EFT” withdrawal will be made from my bank account on the 30th of each month and not any other date, this is what “[redacted]” outlined to me. Also they owe me $54.00 for fees to correct their previous errors. Only the 30th of April will illustrate corrective action or lack thereof

[redacted] contacted the member again on April 24th and confirmed that he had received all of the correspondence we had sent to him as originally promised. The member stated he was satisfied with our response and did not require any further action on our part to resolve the issue.
