Worst, WORST experience of my life! I am selling my house, found a buyer, he got PRE_APPROVED! Then just before our close date, the lender/underwriter decides they need more information from him and more paychecksMoves my close date back WEEKS!! Now closing date is coming up again and they WON'T RETURN MY REALTOR's CALLS!! Giving her and me the run around AND NOW IS GONNA COST ME 100's more DOLLARS to not close today!!! And what do I get?? An apology??? An Explanation??? ANYTHING?!?!? Nope, nothingThis is how they treat retired military/former customers!!
