I am rejecting this response because: This business false advertised that I would get a refund of my appraisal cost. This never happened and this issue has not been resolved...
as Ms. H[redacted] has suggested in her generic sounding response. I have not been refunded the promised amount and I will never use this company again as long as they are not willing to make this right. I will also steer my friends, family and acquaintances away from using this company.
